- Warm up before using the equipment
- Drink water to stay hydrated
- Stop immediately if you feel any pain, discomfort or dizziness
- Protect your skin when the UV is three and above
- Wipe down the equipment after use
- Stretch to cool down
- Use caution when touching metal surfaces on hot days
