Since 2006, the Macedon Ranges Youth Awards have been an annual event dedicated to acknowledging and celebrating the incredible work, kindness, stories, achievements and success of young people in the Macedon Ranges.

The awards recognise the significant contribution young people make to society, and encourage young people to strive for their best and continue doing what they love and enjoy!

In 2025, the annual Youth Awards will be held together alongside other community-focused awards in May, to coincide with National Volunteer Week (as endorsed at the August 2024 Council Meeting).

2024 Youth Awards

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners of the 2024 Youth Awards, announced at a gala event on Wednesday 4 September 2024 at Kyneton Town Hall.

Thank you to all those who contributed to the success of this year's awards - from Council staff and the youth-led judging panel, through to all those in the community who took the time and effort to recognise and nominate a young person for an award.
