As an older person, you have the right to live safely and to be free from harm and abuse. 

Research by Senior Rights Victoria suggests that up to 14 per cent of older people may experience physical, emotional, financial, social or sexual abuse, and that social isolation can increase the risk. There are practical steps you can take to safeguard your rights and assets
