My name is Gabriele, my philosophy is to nurture mind, body and soul, helping to empower each person to find inner peace and contentment by assisting people in finding their own tools for managing any emotional issues.
I do this through Reiki, Distant Healings/Readings, Accsess Bars, and Sandplay Therapy for children.
I have seen many positive results with running Access bars on children and teens, especially for these who have difficulties shutting off their brains. Therefore not being able to relax and finding themselves having anxiety, sleepless nights and difficulty concentrating at school.
Sandplay Therapy works really well with children as this modality allows the child to express even if they have no words.
