Rochford Schoolhouse

unnamed

Rochford Schoolhouse is an elegant boutique retreat situated in the heart of the Macedon Ranges. Built in 1857 and now a historical landmark, the old schoolhouse has been lovingly restored and tastefully decorated to be a peaceful and private escape for two. The schoolhouse has retained many of its original features including grand fireplace, high windows and soaring vaulted ceiling. The large gas leadlight, exposed brick walls and wrought iron fixtures give the schoolhouse its character and a romantic, cosy atmosphere. A modern, sun-filled gallery includes breakfast room and bathroom with stone walled shower and amenities. Visit rochfordschoolhouse.com for more information.
