TBW is not for profit all donations are to overseas communities / organisations helping the most disadvantaged in society. 

I am retired mechanical engineer. From 2014 until 2018 I volunteered with Community Bicycle hub that donated bicycle to asylum seekers and refugees and where I gain my experience as a professional bicycle mechanic.
