Gisborne Outline Development Plan

The Outline Development Plan (ODP), also known as a Town Structure Plan, has been developed to ensure Gisborne's future development is managed in an orderly, coordinated and sustainable way.

The plan was initially adopted by Council in February 2006. The attached September 2009 report was amended in response to the submissions received to Planning Scheme Amendment C59.
