The Public Roads Procedure was adopted by Council on 18 April 2018. The purpose of this document is define what constitutes a ‘public road’, sets out the criteria used to determine whether a non-registered road qualifies for consideration to the Register of Public Roads, the role, terms and membership of the Public Roads Committee.
