The development plan DP/2021/1 facilitates the coordinated subdivision and development of 89 Ross Watt Road, Gisborne in accordance with DPO4.

The Ross Watt Road Development Plan(PDF, 50MB) was approved at the direction on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) on 19 July 2023.
