Gisborne - Rosalia Estate

Council has been notified of upcoming works surrounding the Rosalia Estate near Ross Watt Road and Swinburne Avenue, Gisborne.

The developer for this proposal, ID_Land, has engaged Winslow Constructors to complete civil works as part of the development. Both the developer and the civil contractor have provided direct communications to nearby residents and are expected to do so throughout the process.

The following stages of works have been advised:

• Phase 1 (~March 2025 - May 2025): Installation of a sewer outfall connection from the Rosalia development to Cherry Lane and the corner of Ormerod Court.
• Phase 2 (~September 2025 - March 2026): Upgrade of the Cherry Lane / Skyline Drive intersection; Installation of a drainage outfall connection from the Rosalia drainage
  reserve to Cherry Lane; Watermain installation along Cherry Lane; Urbanisation of road and addition of kerb on both sides of Cherry Lane.
