New Gisborne, Station and Barringo roads closure

Council has been notified of upcoming works being undertaken on behalf of V/Line at the level crossing near Gisborne Station in New Gisborne.

As a result of these works, Station Road/Barringo Road in New Gisborne will be closed from the Hamilton Road/Barringo Road intersection north of the level crossing, to Ferrier Road south of the level crossing, from 9pm Wednesday 26 February until 2am on Friday 28 February.

Local traffic only will be permitted during this time.

Detours will be in place via Ferrier Road > Mt Macedon > Hamilton Road:

Please allow extra time if travelling in the area.
