Malmsbury, Malmsbury Botanical Gardens - Drainage

The project is located in the Malmsbury Botanic Gardens.

The project includes:

• enhancing the open swale drainage system
• upgrading the culverts to protect the gardens from stormwater damage, ensure proper drainage, and direct stormwater to the nearby river.

These works are funded under the Council’s Capital Works program 2024-25.

The project is in the preliminary design and investigation stage, and the project dates will be published here closer to the start date.
