Woodend, Old Lancefield Road - Road Reconstruction

A section of Old Lancefield Road will be upgraded from Manifold Road to Savages Lane in Woodend.

The project includes:

full road reconstruction between Manifold Road and Savages Road
concrete kerb and channel, and underground drainage
completion of missing footpath link (west side of Old Lancefield Road and north side of Romsey Road), between Manifold Road and High Street via Romsey Road
improved roadside signage as required.

These works are funded under the Australian Government’s Infrastructure Investment Program.

The project is currently in design and construction dates will be published once the works are awarded.

Minor delays are expected during the works. Please allow extra time if travelling in the area.
