Residential developments
When considering new applications for residential developments in the shire, we consider how the proposed development will impact on the location.
We look at the township characteristics and amenity, and take into account factors such as community aspirations, existing infrastructure and any environmental constraints.
Each application is assessed against guidelines and other documents that help us manage future growth in the shire.
