75 Willowbank Road, Gisborne

A request to Amend the Development Plan at 75 Willowbank Road, Gisborne was endorsed by Council on 9 November 2023. 

Since the application was lodged, Council and the applicant have been negotiating the proposed purchase of additional open space (on top of the 5% required) to expand the Gisborne Fields Reserve.
