DP/2019/1 - Bennett Road, Gisborne, Rural Living Area (DPO18)

The Development Plan covers the land at:

  • 88, 128 and 168 Bennett Road, Gisborne
  • 15, 94 and 134 McGregor Road, Gisborne.  

The plan facilitates the coordinated subdivision of the area into 48 lots, creates a creek reserve along Djirri Djirri Creek and facilitates a number of road improvements.

The Bennett Road Development Plan was approved at the Scheduled Council Meeting of 12 October 2022. 

The Bennett Road Development Plan - Endorsed Plans(PDF, 63MB) were endorsed on 16 November 2022.
