Riddells Creek South

Consultation on Riddells Creek South

Spacious Group along with Tract Planning Consultancy have begun a visioning exercise for the area within the Riddells Creek township boundary on the south side of the train line – known as Riddells South.

They want to hear from you on what this area will look like, housing types, open space provision, transport network and community facilities. 

More information can be found on the developer's Riddells Creek South website - including a survey and opportunity to meet the project team face to face and share your views.    

Council has made no decisions to progress the detailed planning of this area for future development at this point in time.

Although this area is within the Riddells Creek township boundary it is not currently zoned for urban development and Council has not offered any views about the current consultation process or made any commitment to the landowner to commence the planning process for this land.
