Riddells Creek South

Spacious Group along with Tract Planning Consultancy have done a visioning exercise in 2022-2023 for the area within the Riddells Creek township boundary on the south side of the train line – known as Riddells Creek South. More information can be found on the developer's Riddells Creek South website.

Council has made no decisions to progress the detailed planning of this area for future development at this point in time.

Although this area is within the Riddells Creek township boundary, it is not currently zoned for urban development and Council has not offered any views about the current consultation process or made any commitment to the landowner to commence the planning process for this land.
