Request for Secondary Consent(DOCX, 218KB) / Request for Secondary Consent(PDF, 209KB)
You can request secondary consent for approval of minor changes to the plans that were endorsed as part of your planning permit. For example, if you have a permit to develop a house and wanted to change the size of a window on the plans you could request secondary consent to have the revised plans endorsed (stamped).
More significant changes, including changes that may affect neighbours, or any changes to the permit description or conditions cannot be considered under secondary consent. Changes that may seem minor will not be eligible if they are consequential with regard to the planning controls.
