Enhanced Maternal Child Health Program

The Enhanced Maternal Child Health (EMCH) program is an extension of the regular Maternal and Child Health Service. It provides extra support to families who need more help than the standard program offers.

This program offers flexible services tailored to the specific needs of families.

Program guidelines give clear and consistent advice to local councils, EMCH nurses, and other professionals working in the program.

Referrals

If you are a professional practitioner or service provider and wish to make a referral to this service, complete the referral form(DOCX, 61KB) / referral form(PDF, 293KB), and email to emch@mrsc.vic.gov.au

A member of our team will triage your referral request directly and respond appropriately.
