Pathways for Carers
Pathways for Carers walks offers local carers of older people, people with a disability or mental illness a chance to learn more about news, services and supports available to them. This service was funded until 1 July 2024.
Woodend Lifestyle Carers Group
Woodend Lifestyle Carers Group (WLCG) is a volunteer group of carers who look after their loved ones suffering from memory loss.
Regular twice monthly meetings for local residents. However, the first meetings of each month welcome both carers and the company of their loved ones they care for.
Carer Gateway
Carer Gateway provides services and support for unpaid carers.
By calling 1800 422 737, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, you can talk to a Carer Gateway service provider who will help you access services and support.

Tandem Carers work to seek better outcomes for the families, carers and supporters of people with mental health challenges.

Carers Victoria
Carers Victoria is the statewide voice for family carers, representing and providing support to carers in Victoria.
Kyneton Community House are recipients of Carers Victoria Connecting Carers in their Community small grants program 2023/2024. Funded by the Victorian Government, the Kyneton Carers Priority Project aims to reduce isolation, improve health and wellbeing, and connect carers in their local community.
