Youth Fest

Youth Fest is back in 2024!

It will be held on Saturday 21 September from 12pm-3pm at the Woodend Community Centre, corner High and Forest streets.

It's a celebration of local arts and artists featuring an art competition, maker's market, and live performances. Food trucks will be there too!

The focus of the event will be on highlighting the talents, accomplishments, and contributions of young individuals within the Macedon Ranges Shire community. The event will offer a safe and inclusive space for young people to exhibit and endorse their artistic creations to the community.

Art competition and exhibition

Entries will be displayed as part of an exhibition on the day where attendees can appreciate the works and young participants can vote for their favourites.

Two winners will receive a $250 gift voucher from local artist supply stores.

All submissions must incorporate the theme of connection, this may be interpreted as you wish.
