Murray PHN is proud to bring Tomorrow Man’s Night Out With The Blokes workshop to community groups across the region!

This free, interactive, and eye-opening two-hour workshop is a chance for blokes of all ages to take a break from the daily grind and have a real, honest conversation about what it means to be a man today.

It’s time to ditch the outdated stereotypes, build confidence and resilience, and strengthen the emotional muscles needed to look after yourself and those around you. Whether you’re catching up with mates, teammates, or workmates—this is your chance to connect, share, and walk away with practical tools for a healthier, happier life.

To make the night even better, Murray PHN will cover the cost of food and refreshments, so you can enjoy some great food and drinks while you're at it!
