Flags

Flags are flown at the following Council facilities in accordance with the Australian National Flag Protocols:

  • Gisborne Administration Centre
  • Kyneton Town Hall
  • Kyneton Mechanics Institute
  • Kyneton Visitor Information Centre
  • Woodend Visitor Information Centre
  • Woodend Memorial Clock Tower

Annual flag schedule

We will fly flags in accordance with our annual flag schedule as listed below and in our Flag Policy.

Requests to fly other flags

To acknowledge a significant celebration or event, we will consider requests to fly other flags from the third flagpoles at the Kyneton Town Hall and the Gisborne Administration Centre at times outside the annual flag schedule.

To apply to fly a flag on Council's flagpoles, read our Flag Policy before emailing your request to the attention of the Governance team at mrsc@mrsc.vic.gov.au
