Browning Street is an unmade road reserve that extends between Bowen Street and Ladye Place, Woodend. The site supports a population of Black Gums that are nationally threatened.
In October 2017 Council adopted the Browning Street Reserve Conservation Action Plan which includes actions aimed at conserving the existing Black Gum population and enhancing the site's ecological values through activities such as weed control and revegetation.
