Aqua aerobics
Aqua aerobics is ideal for people who want to develop cardiovascular fitness in a challenging low-impact environment. Joint mobility, muscle tone and core strength will also improve using water resistance and additional water-based equipment.
Our experienced and fully qualified instructors ensure that each participant gets the maximum benefit from their workout. Participants can work at their own pace, making this form of exercise perfect for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience.
Our Aqua Workouts are held regularly in the main pool at Gisborne Aquatic Centre and the Kyneton Toyota Sports & Aquatic Centre.
