Community satisfaction survey
Council's Community Satisfaction Survey assesses the performance of Victorian councils across a range of service areas.
The survey interviews are conducted quarterly; approximately 400 interviews will be conducted among a representative sample of residents over the course of the year.
This decision is in line with best practice—allowing for any seasonality that may influence results and providing Council with a more accurate reflection of key themes and opportunities for improvement or development.
Some households may receive a call from independent market research agency, National Field Services (NFS). The call will be from a fixed line number, not a mobile phone and the caller will always identify themselves and state that they are from NFS.
Survey participants are randomly selected and individual responses are confidential.
You cannot opt-in to participate, however there are several other ways you can provide feedback all year round.
If you have any questions, call our customer service team on (03) 5422 0333.
