Facilities for hire

Buffalo Sports Stadium has several rooms available for hire. All enquiries for room hire should be directed to the Buffalo Sports Stadium located at 1-29 Forest Street, Woodend.

Facilities

Rotary room

  • Suitable for meetings, functions and leisure programs.
  • Capacity: 70 standing or 50 seated
  • Features: heating & air conditioning, access to kitchen, access to enclosed playground.

Small meeting room

  • Suitable for meetings and small groups.
  • Capacity: 10 seated
  • Features: carpeted room, heating & air conditioning, small kitchenette.

Stadium

  • Suitable for functions, sporting events & leisure programs.
  • Capacity: 200+ seated or standing
  • Features: stadium seating, electronic scoreboard, provisions for sports including: basketball, netball, volleyball, soccer.

Kitchen

  • Suitable for catering or kiosk. Has server access to Rotary Room, Foyer and external.
  • Features: oven, microwave and refrigerator.
